Had a chance to try out the new clubs at the range this weekend. I was expecting to take some time to become familiar with the clubs given the extra length and feel etc. However I was pleasantly surprised in that I am already making good contact with the ball and the feedback from the shafts was excellent. Noticed the ball pattern was more toward the centre of the club face than before. I particularly like the new 25 degree rescue club which is flying the ball so well off the club face compared with my graphite Taylormade - I might ask you to reshaft this one in steel if things continue down this path !

The clubs already feel like a big improvement over my old Mizunos and I couldn't be more pleased !

Of course the acid test is out on the course so when I return from holiday I will give them a thorough testing and let you know sometime in April/May how I'm getting on.
