Having collected her new clubs on Saturday, Charlie proceeded to play 27 holes to get used to them and then played the following day in a Foursomes "Honours Board" competition at home club Kibworth, with father Trevor and duly won, playing off the maximum handicap allowed of 28.
It should also be noted that Trevor, who also plays with clubs made by Designer Golf, featured in the last weeks "News Item" when he won the only other Honours Board competition played so far at Kibworth.
