Repairs & Refits

In addition to our Custom Build facility, at Designer Golf we are able to carry out a full range of repairs. re-fits and re-shafts, up to and including all of the latest drivers, from TaylorMade, Callaway, Ping, Titleist, Nike etc, etc, with all work carried out on the premises, we never send work away.

When replacing broken steel shafts, we like you to bring in the iron either side of the broken one, so if you broke the 5 iron shaft for example, we like to also have the 4 and the 6 irons, we can then exactly match the weight and flex of the broken shaft. It will then play exactly the same as it did prior to it breaking.

Over the past 15 years we have never once, not been able to complete a repair or a re-shaft, usually within 48 hours, but sometimes a little longer if we have to obtain a specific shaft.

Re-gripping is normally done the same day and sometimes even while you wait, with clubs playable in 30 minutes ( we never did understand why some Pro’s tell you it takes 48 hours for the glue to dry). We carry mainly Karakal and Pure grips in stock, but all grips are available within 24 – 48 hours.
